The sentiment is from the "Hallo-Scream"stamp set and is stamped on the tag from the "Pocket Pieces HI Dies".
I also added a couple of sequins from the "Jack-O-Lantern sequin assortment.  :)

 These skulls are also from the "Hallo-Scream" stamp set, and the witches hat is cut off of the BOO image on the "BOO" stamp set:

The headstone is also from  Hallo-Scream.
