Merry Christmas

Hello,
Happy Saturday!
This week the Joy's Life DT showcased Christmas projects using Joy's Life "Oh Christmas Puns" and "Wintery Puns" stamp sets. I hope you were able to see the awesome projects they shared. :)
Here is the card I created for my post:
I used "Wintery Puns" for my sentiment. :)

This is a PNC (print and cut) file from the Silhouette online store.
I just printed the image tho, and did not cut it.  To make it a little more dimensional, I added some liquid applique on the Santa hat, as well as some stickles, then I added liquid glass to the bow, ornaments, and the eyes and nose of the bear.
Added some twine and a button, stamped the sentiment.... and viola, it was done.

Pretty simple card.

I have been wanting to use that adorable deer stamp for a long time, and I finally got around to it. :)
The stamp is from the Peachy Keen Nov. 2012 Stamp of the Month Kit.
The fun sentiment stamp is from Joy's Life "Wild Life Puns".
The designer paper is from My Minds Eye 6x6 paper pad "Signature Christmas" and "Be Merry".
So that's it!!  I  hope you like my card!!

I hope you are having a fabulous weekend so far.
This week the Joy's Life DT has been showcasing "food based" projects and I thought I'd share it here as well.
I wanted to have a little fun with this one, so here is what I came up with:
That super cute sentiment is from Joy's "That Tastes Punny" stamp set.

I found the egg, banner and bow shape all in the Silhouette online store.
I created the card base using my Silhouette Studio Designer Edition software.

So that's my card... I hope you liked it!!

Hello crafters!!
Here is the project I made for the Peachy Keen Release Party Challenge #1.  The challenge was to create a treat bag using the colors green and orange, and use at least one button.
(And, by the way, that paper is orange!! I just had to take the picture at night and it just didn't photograph well.)
Those adorable mittens are from the brand new Stamp of the Month for November.  The super cute faces are from the Cornies Face Asst. (one of my all time favs!!)

So anyway, there you have it!!
Wish me luck!!  I sure would LOVE to win the $25 gift certificate.  I need me some more Peachy goodness!!  LOL!!!

Give Thanks decor - Joy's Life "On the Table Blog Hop"

Hello!!
Happy Saturday to you all!  :)
This is your last stop in the Joy's Life
On the Table Blog Hop. I hope you are feeling inspired by the projects the DT shared today.

You should have arrived from the amazing Laura's blog, Laura's Crafts and More. If you just happened to stop by today, please join in and see some inspiring projects and maybe win a little blog candy too! You can start right here at Joy's Life.com.

Here is the project I created:
These flowers are from SVG Attic (Autumn Splendor Kit) I scored each leaf individually and ink the edges. I added brads from a (retired) Stampin Up Build a Brad set.
I love how they turned out.  :)

Decorating the vase was quite simple.
I wrapped a piece of burlap around the vase, and gathered it in the middle and tied with hemp. I cut two leaves from SVG Cuts "Leaves are Falling" Kit and inked the edges, and cut an acorn from the Silhouette online store.  To finish off the acorn, I added a little twine bow, and stamped it with a  Joy's Life sentiment from the "It's All Fall Puns" stamp set, which works perfectly for this project.
And there you have it!
I hope you enjoyed my project.

And now onto the FUN part of the hop...
a little blog candy!
One lucky commenter will win a Joy's Life stamp set of their choice.

Woo Hoo!!  How awesome is that??
Just leave me a comment on this post.
For an extra chance at winning, if you are a follower, leave a second comment letting me know.

Happy Fall Y'all - Frame

Hello everyone!
I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday.
This week the Joy's Life Design Team shared some amazing Fall themed home decor.
Head over here, if you would like to check it out.   :)
Here is the project I created for my post:

I found this frame at Michaels for $1. Then, I mod podged some fun paper I had from a DCWV stack.

Using my cameo, I cut the pumpkin and vine from an SVG Cuts file and some leaves from the Silhouette store.
I stamped the sentiment with the Joy's Life It's All Fall Puns stamp set on a die from My Creative Time "Vintage Label Dies" set.
I added a button and some twine to finish it off.  :)

I hope you enjoyed my project today.
