Happy Birthday! - Hinged Gift Card Box - PDE Linky Party

Hello everyone!
Happy Tuesday to ya.  :)
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
It was pretty darn hot here... low 100's, and that is just too hot for me!!
I was able to spend a little time in my (thankfully AIR CONDITIONED) craft room though. :)
Today is the mid post for the Pause Dream Enjoy "Use 3 Patterns or More" Linky Party, and this is what I created for my DT project:
I created a band to go around the gift box to keep it closed... don't want anyone trying to peek inside until it's time to open! :)
On the inside is a little insert to hold a gift card.

This fun box is from a Jamie Cripps file in the Silhouette Store.  It had an apple and the word "thanks" for the front, but I just didn't cut that part out.  Instead, I added that adorable little girl from a Too Cute By Jessica file titled: Happy Birthday Kids

I also cut out a label I got at the Sil. Store and used my black Silhouette pen to make the personalized sentiment.

All of the pattern paper is from a cardstock stack I got at our NEW Hobby Lobby! The brand is Momenta. This paper is awesome!! I love the colors and patterns, and it's really thick cardstock!  (gotta get another one!!)

I stamped the girls face with a Peachy Keen stamp from the "In the Garden" face asst. An absolute MUST HAVE, in my opinion.

So that about does it!

I hope you will join us at the Pause Dream Enjoy Linky Party!  You can find it right here.
