Here's what I've created for you using the Botanical Layers stamp set:

I decided to use only the outline flower stamp and color it in myself.  For the leaves, I used the two layer stamps.
I absolutely LOVE how I have the option to use the layers if I choose, or only use the outline... such versatility!!! 

The scalloped mat layer is cut from the "Fancy Frame Dies" and the label that my sentiment is stamped on is from "Fancy Stitched Label Dies".
I used a Wood Grain and a Distressed Stripes embossing folder for the wood look background.
