Hello my crafty friends!!! Welcome to the Joy's Life Recipe For Fun Blog Hop!!!
You should have just come over from the very talented Nina's blog (waffleflower.com) If you just happened to stop by today, please join us in this super fun and yummy blog hop. Not only are we sharing a fun project, along with something delicious, but we are sharing the recipe as well!! :) If you would like to start at the beginning, you can go right over to Joy's Life.com
Now, I am not much of an elaborate chef to say the least, but thankfully my children think I am the "BEST COOK EVER"! LOL! I really like to find recipes that are quick and easy, but taste like it took hours to make... yep, kind lazy that way I guess. Anyway, today I am sharing a fudge recipe that literally takes maybe 10 minutes to prepare... probably less!
Doesn't it look YUMMY???
My husband was appalled that I would even attempt to make fudge using the microwave, but guess what??? He absolutely LOVES it!
Here is the fudge recipe:
3 c chocolate chips (your choice of flavor) I used 2 c milk chocolate and 1 c semi sweet
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 c nuts (optional) I didn't have any. :(
1 c nuts (optional) I didn't have any. :(
**variations: use mint chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips etc. mixed in with either semi sweet or milk chocolate chips. You can just experiment and see what you like best**
Put all ingredients into a glass bowl and microwave at 50% power for approximately 3-5 minutes, until melted.
Pour mixture into an 8x8 pan. (I line mine with foil so the fudge does not stick) Refrigerate until set.
And that is it!!! You will have smooth, creamy and YUMMY fudge in no time!! :)
Project Recipe:

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing fudge recipe. I'll give it a try. My current go to fudge recipe uses a box of Jello-Pudding and is microwaved & put in refrig. Liking all these wonderful recipes & no weight gain here. Only time I weighed over 100 lbs was when I was pregnant with my daughter who will be 21 end of this yr. Yah, I'm a 90-95 lb gal size 6.
