Happy Birthday card and a WINNER!!

Hello everyone!  

I have a fun little birthday card to share with you today AND I am also posting the winner of the Joy's Life Inspired By blog hop.

  I LOVE making birthday cards because it seems I ALWAYS need one!  It's great having them on hand for those last minute parties, or when I just don't have time to make one.
