I used a cut file from KaDoodle Bug Designs called "Snow Fun Girls" 

The sweet face stamp is from Peachy Keen Stamps "In the Garden Face Asst."

The felt snowflakes and rhinestones are from Stampin Up (retired)

And that adorable sentiment stamp is, of course, from CDD stamp set "Holly Day Punnies"
