The sentiment is from the Craftin Desert Divas "Hey Pumpkin " stamp set.

The box is from the Silhouette Store. It is supposed to be a tote for holding a pint jar, but I wanted to use it for holding some yummy treats! :)
The leaves I used are from another project  I was making a while back, but didn't complete.  I can't remember which file I cut these from... I think it was done on my Cricut! 
The button, twine, brads and ink are from my stash.
