Boo! ~ Halloween Tag ~ PDE Linky Party

I added stitching around my tag using my SSDE software, but it didn't show up in the photo very well, so I used a black marker to make it more visible.

CDD September Stamp Release Blog Hop ~ Day 2

I cut out the image a few times so I could fussy cut the hat and arms and layer them to give it more dimension.
