A Whale of a Good Time - Joy's Life DT post

Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying your week so far!!
Today I am sharing a card I did for my post over at the Joy's Life Design Team blog.

This week we are creating projects inspired by the colors of summer... turquoise, orange and yellow.

I decided to use one of my "go-to" stamp sets Lots of Pun .  This is an older set, but still one of my all time favorites!

I put that cute little whale on an Action Wobble:

Sweet Summertime/Chocolate Tag - Joy's Life DT post

Hello my crafty friends, I hope you are enjoying your Friday! 
Today I am sharing my project for my post over at the Joy's Life Design Team blog.

This week we are focusing on projects that have a tag on it, in it, or are just a tag in itself. 

Since summer is OFFICIALLY here, I thought I'd make a special tag to celebrate.  And when it comes to celebrating, what is better than chocolate, right??!!

Fun in the Sun Blog Hop!! A refreshing project!

When I think of summer, I think of hot weather, and when I think of hot weather, I think of yummy lemonade!!  So, with that, came the inspiration for my project today!

 The sweet sentiment on the card is from the ultra cute stamp set SWEET POPSICLE PUNS

I stamped the cup with an awesome stamp from Joy's new stamp set "PUN IN THE SUN". 

 Oh my gosh... I just LOVE these, and I know you will too!!

Pirate birthday card - Joy's Life Design Team post

Hello everyone....   Happy Friday to you!  Today I am sharing a card I made for my post over at the Joy's Life Design Team blog.

It's all about birthdays this week, and I was super excited to make this card.  I have always loved the Cricut Imagine Buccaneer cartridge and Joy has the PERFECT stamp to compliment my project.

See? Told you it was the PERFECT stamp!! :)  

I added some pop dots to give the card some dimension.

Father's Day card - Joy's Life Design Team post

Hello my friends... Happy Saturday to you! I hope you are enjoying your weekend so far. :)  Today I am sharing my project for my post over at the Joy's Life Design Team blog.

Since Father's Day is right around the corner, this week we are creating projects to honor those special dad's in our lives.
My dad is a huge car buff; he especially loves the older more vintage style cars, so I thought it would be fun to use a car image on my card.  I found one on the Nifty Fifties cartridge and I thought it would be perfect!!

The sentiment was created using my favorite Joy's Life stamps:

Everyday Occasions and Holiday Occasions
Car image: Cricut Nifty Fifties
Cuttlebug embossing folder, glossy accents, red rhinestones, and antique brass brads.

Love Always - Wedding Frame for Joy's Life DT post

Hello my friends,  I hope you are enjoying your weekend. :)

Today I am sharing a project I made  for my post for the Joy's Life Design Team Blog.   I wanted to frame one of my favorite wedding photos to put on my desk.  :)    I know this is similar to a frame I made awhile back, but I really like the designer paper, so I used it again! LOL!!  I just love the  stamped sentiments, I think they work perfectly for this project.

Here is a close up of the stamps I used:

"love always" is from Joy's  Tag You're It - Set One

and 

"U+Me={heart}" is from  Sweet Popsicle Puns

The designer paper is from a retired Stampin Up paper pack "Bella Rose".
The designer label punch is  from  Stampin Up as well.
The rest of the frame design elements are rub ons from my stash.
I bought the frame at Michael's for $1.  :)
